- Location : Poster Lounge (Room 105, 1F) and Exhibition Hall (2F)
- If you are selected to exhibit an e-poster only, please refer to the “e-Poster Exhibition Guidelines” page.
- Only selected posters will be presented physically. Participants selected for Printed Poster Exhibition are required to prepare a physical poster for onsite display. In addition, to enhance the visibility and accessibility of their work, they may also upload their poster as an e-poster.
- Those who are selected to have their posters displayed on the poster boards should print and bring their posters onsite.
- Please make sure you understand the guidelines before creating your poster.
- No separate guided poster presentation time is scheduled.
General Requirements
- Language : English
- Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest (COI) in their posters.
Printed Poster Size & Format
- The total size of the assigned poster panel is 950 mm (width) × 2,500 mm (height), with a white laminate board.
- The usable poster-board area for each poster is 810 mm (width) × 1,440 mm (height) (portrait, 9:16), providing a comfortable viewing angle.
- All materials should be large enough to be easily read by participants from a reasonable distance of 1 to 1.5 meters.
- The poster should be organized in a standard academic format and include the following contents:
- Header: Project title, author(s)' name(s), affiliation(s), and country.
- Main Body: We recommend structuring the content with standard sections such as Background/Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Visual Elements: Enhance readability by incorporating clear figures, tables, graphs, or illustrations to support your key findings.
- Additional Information: Include References and Contacts.
Additional Information on Setup and Removal
- Posters should be displayed as early as possible so that attendees arriving early at the Poster Exhibition Area can view them. Please refer to the operating hours at the top of this page.
- Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their own posters.
- The secretariat will provide “cut-and-use” tape for attaching posters to the poster boards during the operating hours.
- All posters and materials must be removed from the Poster Exhibition Area between 12:30 and 13:30 on June 27 (Sat).
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any posters left behind. Any materials remaining after 13:30 on June 27 (Sat) will be permanently discarded by the secretariat.
(Optional)e-Poster Display
- e-Posters will be displayed on a 50-inch monitor in the poster zone, in a portrait 9:16 aspect ratio.
(Optional)Guidelines for Creating and Submitting Your e-Poster
- The poster should be organized in a standard academic format and include the following contents:
- Header: Project title, author(s)' name(s), affiliation(s), and country.
- Main Body: We recommend structuring the content with standard sections such as Background/Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

| Language and Format |
- e-Posters should be prepared in English and must be submitted as a single-page PDF file.
- The slide must use a 9:16 (portrait, 1080 × 1920) aspect ratio and using the official template is strongly recommended.
- It is mandatory to complete the “Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form” located at the bottom of the template provided.
